Company information — organisation name and settings you configure within the platform.
Employee interview data — voice recordings and transcripts from exit interviews conducted through our platform. These are processed and anonymised before being surfaced to the employing organisation.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Exid platform.
To generate anonymised insights and summaries from interview data.
To send transactional emails (e.g. interview invitations, confirmations).

We do not use interview recordings or transcripts to train AI models.

3. Anonymisation of Interview Responses

A core design principle of Exid is that departing employees' identities are separated from their responses before any insight is shared with the employing organisation. Raw voice data and transcripts are not accessible to employers. Leadership and HR teams see only anonymised summaries, themes, and trends.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Sub-processors — trusted third-party services (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processors, AI providers) under appropriate data processing agreements.
Legal authorities — where required by applicable law or valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
